By visiting our website or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, including the Disclaimer. These terms apply to all users.

2. Product Use & Medical Disclaimer

  • All products are for external use only.

  • Results will vary based on individual skin type, condition, and use.

  • Therapeutical Cuticle is not a medical provider, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

  • Our products and any claims have not been evaluated by the FDA.

  • Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or dealing with medical issues.

 

3. Patch Testing & Allergies

  • We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full use of any product.

  • Our products may contain essential oils, natural butters, herbs, and botanical ingredients.

  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists and avoiding products that may trigger allergies or sensitivities.

  • Therapeutical Cuticle is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse outcomes due to product use or misuse.

 

4. Purchasing & Payment

  • All sales are final.

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

  • No replacements will be issued for delivered packages.

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

  • If a package is missing after being marked as delivered, the customer must check with neighbors and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

 

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted—no exceptions.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, branding, and product descriptions, is the sole property of Therapeutical Cuticle. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Therapeutical Cuticle is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our products or from reliance on any information provided on our website. Use our products at your own risk.

 

9. Ingredient Variability

As our products are made using natural ingredients, minor variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These do not affect product quality or efficacy.

 

10. Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Kansas.

Refunds, Shipping

Refunds

 

**All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our products, Therapeutical Cuticle does not offer refunds under any circumstances—no exceptions. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Returns

Therapeutical Cuticle is not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. No replacement packages will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered via tracking.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members.

  • Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before actual arrival.

  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a missing package claim.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Damaged Packages


At Therapeutical Cuticle, we take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package or its contents arrive damaged, please note that responsibility for such damage generally lies with the shipping carrier.

To initiate a damage claim:

  • Clear, detailed photos of the damaged package and items must be taken as soon as the issue is discovered.

  • These images are required to file a claim with the carrier and must also be submitted to Therapeutical Cuticle for documentation.

Claims cannot be processed without photographic evidence. Claims also need to be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist you in coordinating with the shipping provider when appropriate, but please understand that resolution may depend on the outcome of the carrier's investigation.

Turnaround Time​

​

All products at Therapeutical Cuticle are made to order with care and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.

  • Under normal working conditions, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and packaged before it ships.

  • During holidays, sales, or promotional events, turnaround time may extend to 7–10 business days due to increased order volume.

Please note:

  • These times refer to order processing and packaging only. Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination and are not included in the turnaround time.

  • Any changes or modifications made to an existing order will reset the turnaround time, and your order will require a new 3–5 or 7–10 business day processing period depending on current conditions.
